At Macy Insurance Solutions we hire for heart and integrity and we train for skill. If you have a strong work ethic, a good moral compass, and a desire to help people, you belong here. We will guide you through licensing, teach you our process, and support you with mentorship and simple systems. Experienced agents are absolutely welcome. If you are already licensed, we will plug you in quickly and help you hit the ground running.

We are 100% remote, so your location does not matter.

As our local team grows, we may add one optional office day each week.
